DELIVERY WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS
We try to hand over your order to PostNL within 1 or 2 days. Once the order is dispatched from the Prikkdief warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code (mailbox packages and parcels only). If you’re not home, the courier will leave instructions how to pick up your package at the nearest post office.
We work with Post NL to deliver all our packages. Please check their website for the most up-to-date delivery time estimates.

Even though we work our hardest to deliver your order complete and on time, this is still an 90% human operation. If there is an item missing or something is wrong with your order, get in touch via email within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work our magic.

- Short description about the missing or broken product
