Which payment methods are available?

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Our payment partner Sisow keeps all your information safeguarded, so even when it comes to refunds, we do not have access to your personal details.

Are the prices mentioned on the website included or excluded VAT?

All mentioned prices are included VAT but excluded shipping costs. Be aware that for orders outside of the EU the 21% VAT will be deducted from your order.

How can I find out the status of my order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box on our ‘track your order’ page and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

I didn't receive a order confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

After a successful order will be sent a confirmation email. If you did not receive this email it possibly ended up in your junk mail (SPAM). If not, then please contact us.

What are the shipping rates?

The best way to find out the shipping options for your country and order is to add your favorite products and then browse to the shopping cart. Our shop will show all available shipping options and the corresponding rates.

I can't find my order through Track & Trace

It may happen that, after checking the Track & Trace code, the following message appears: “There are no items found for this combination.” This is the combination of code and zip code where the order has to be delivered. This message may be caused by the fact that the Track & Trace code has not yet been processed. You can check the status of your order the next business day.
